Channels for receiving Complaints:
Based on AIB’s vision in serving our customers on the basis of justice, integrity and transparency in a way that guarantees their satisfaction and protects their rights, AIB has provided several free channels that allow them to submit their complaints.
- • Fill out the approved complaint form available in the bank’s branch network.
- • Regular mail or the administrations email crp@aib.com.eg
- • Call the registered line number 0225860155 to register the complaint.
- • The bank’s website.
- • Call the bank’s hotline 19604.
- • Contact the bank’s card customer service through the number written on the card.
In case of customer complaint, it must be submitted through call center 19604, branches or the website, A reference number for the complaint will be given to you within two business days from the date of its submission, AIB will respond to the complaint (in writing or electronically) within fifteen business days, the complaint shall not be taken directly to the Central Bank Of Egypt unless it is submitted to AIB.
