AIB Mobile Banking App

AIB Mobile Banking app provides a convenient and secure experience which enables you to be in control of your account through your smartphone from anywhere you like.

You can now easily, comfortably and safely manage your AIB account, credit cards, transfers, loans, certificates and many more features.

This app enables you to:

• View customer position and accounts’ balances (savings account, cards, deposits, certificates, loans, etc.).

• Transfer money within your AIB accounts.

• Transfer money to other AIB accounts safely using OTPs (one-time passwords) generated by AIB Token application.

• Report your lost/stolen cards.

• Forex between 4 currencies (USD - Euro - Sterling Pound - Saudi Riyal), USD to EGP is also available.

• Request a cheque book.

• View amounts due on your credit cards and settle your payments.

• Submit disputes regarding amounts deducted on your cards.

• Find the nearest branches and ATMs.

• Stay in touch and offer suggestions to help us improve our service.

• Submit a complaint.

How to register:

To register for this service, you must first register for the AIB Online Banking service by visiting any AIB branch across Egypt and filling out a registration form, or by registering online using some simple steps.   1. Once Online Banking service is activated, download the “AIB Banking” app on your smartphone from Google Play or App Store.
  2. Sign in using Online Banking username and password.

Some tips to enhance the security of your AIB Mobile Banking App:

• Read the terms and conditions carefully, as they are considered a legal obligation.

• Make sure to notify the bank in case of losing your mobile device, fraud suspicion and/or changing phone number.

• Connect to secure WIFI networks only and avoid unsecured networks (such as public networks)

• Always keep your phone locked.

• Install anti-virus software from trusted vendors.

• Check all applications’ permissions as they may grant access to personal information including financial data on your phone.
